Baked by Chef Heena Punwani
Maska — Bombay's word for butter — is pastry chef Heena Punwani's small-batch bakery on Mogul Lane, Mahim West. Everything is baked in-house, in small runs, with the kind of recipes that make a tea cake taste like the city it comes from.
From the Banana-Coffee Tea Cake to seasonal specials like the Baarish Bhutta Puff, the menu changes with what's fresh — the live list is always on our AirMenus page, and custom celebration bakes are just a WhatsApp message away.
